Services and prices
Start by adding an hourly rate for your cleaning services and a separate price for cleaning materials. Set an estimated cleaning time for each extra bed- and bathroom. Inform your clients what services are included in your standard package. The final price is automatically calculated depending on the property size and all price rates you have set.

Manage customer requests
The online booking form is extremely simple - it will take your customers less than 5 minutes to make a request. You can customize it by editing the required fields. This will help you collect priceless customer details you can later use for marketing purposes. Review all enquiries at a glance, change their status, print and copy appointments.

Process payments
The built-in payment module allows you to handle all kinds of payments. Authorize.Net and PayPal are the default online payment gateways which come standard with our cleaning service software. You are free to request any other payment method or switch payments off and receive bookings only.

Email and SMS Notifications
Customize different automated messages which will be sent both to clients and admins upon a new request, payment or cancellation. If you need to enable the SMS feature, first you will have to obtain an API key from us.

Design
