Before making any purchase, the customer has tons of questions or willing to know more about the store product. The customer is always in hurry & never waits for anything, he or she will always look for an instant resolution and if they failed, they will search for another store product. At that time, giving separate Questions & Answers tab just beside description tab is worth that can help store customer to quickly post their question and get an answer. Moreover, the store customer can quickly find the solution or similar questions by looking into a list of previous questions & answer list.

MageComp has come up with Magento Product Questions extension that will let store customer post their questions related to the product on the same Magento store product page. The extension is designed to give full control over asked questions and established a new and effective way to bridge the gap of communication between the store owner and store customer to resolve any product or service related issues.
